Les clos sur Loir Cottage offers different rental options

from two or tree nights *

Fox Garden Cottage

​

(whole house on two levels with independent walled garden)

​

​

- Week End 3 nights formula: 86-98 € per night (basic rate for 1 to 4 people)

 

Tree nights of your choice are included in the weekend formula at 282 €: nights from Thursday evening to Sunday at the start of the afternoon or friday evening to monday at the start of the afternoon.

​

- Formula tree  nights during the week (from Sunday evening to friday at the start of the afternoon):  258 euros for tree nights, additional night at 86 €.

​

- Formula "Weekly rental of the gîte" 6 or 7 nights: 508 €

​

- Additional price for the 5th person: 7 to 10 €/night depending on length of stay.

​

The lodging Fox garden cottage can be made available for a single or two nights. However, the 3 nights package will be due.

  Yuccas Garden Cottage

​

(small house upstairs with shared garden)

​

​

- Weekend formula 2 nights: 68 € per night (basic rate for 1 to 2 people)

 

Two nights of your choice are included in the weekend formula at 136 €: nights from Friday evening to Sunday at the start of the afternoon or nights from Saturday evening to Monday at the beginning of the afternoon.

In case of reservation for the 3 nights of the weekend, the third night of the weekend is offered at 58 €.

 

-Formula two nights during the week (from Monday evening to friday at the start of the afternoon): 116 euros for two nights, additional night at 58 €.

 

- Formula "Weekly rental of the mini-gîte" for 6 or 7 nights: 322 €

​

- Additional price for the 3rd person: 7 to 10 €/night depending on length of stay

​

The lodging Yuccas Garden Cottage can be made available for a single night. However, the 2 night package will be due.

 

The price of each cottage includes:

​

- the supply of towels, bed linen (fitted sheets, sheets, sleeping duvets), kitchen towels,

​

- Electricity consumption corresponding to "normal" use of the cottage,

​

- A cleaning kit for restoring floors, bathrooms, kitchen and equipment (brooms for dry and wet cleaning, sponges, wipes, detergents).

​

- Coffee, tea, sugar and seasonings provided to start your stay.

​

The price does not include:

​

- The payment of the tourist tax returned to the municipality (2023 tax: 0.66 € per night and per adult)

​

- The cleanliness of the gîte (optional service offered at 60 € for the Jardin Renard gîte and 40 € for the Jardin Yuccas gîte)

​

A security deposit of € 400 will be requested at the entrance to the premises and will be returned at the end of the stay (payment by check which will not be cashed or cash).

​

Days and times for picking up and returning the lodgings

​

From Monday to Sunday,  from the end of March to January 10 of the following year

​

Arrival: from 5:00 p.m.

​

Departure: before 1:00 p.m. (departure delayed according to possibilities and with the express agreement of the owner)

​

Booking method:

 

After contacting and agreeing on your rental period, we will send you a contract which must be completed and signed and returned within 10 days, accompanied by a deposit of the rental price representing:

​

- 50% of the amount of the reservation for a rental of two to three nights

or

- 30% of the amount of the reservation for a stay exceeding three nights.

​

Your deposit is payable by check, by bank transfer to the IBAN account listed at the bottom of the rental contract or by credit card via the secure online reservation and payment site.

​

Method of payment accepted for the balance: cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American express, Union pay)

​

Online reservation and payment :

​

- No service charge with the "availabilities and reservation" section of the site (secure payment solution set up by the departmental tourist office) or via the official sites of the tourist offices of the Loir Valley, Sarthe and the Pays de la Loire region by clicking on the links at the end of the presentation page of the desired cottage.

​

- With a service charge on commercial vacation rental websites (Air Bnb, Trip Advisor, Le Bon Coin...).

​

In the case of online payment with commercial platforms with service charges, the refund and cancellation conditions follow the rules provided by these resellers.

​

Last minute reservations

​

Last minute bookings are possible (less than 10 days before arrival at the Clos sur Loir gîte), subject to availability and according to our specific booking methods.

​

Reservation of the lodging by seasonal workers

​

The lodging can be booked by seasonal workers under the following conditions:

​

- Maximum number of people in the lodgings: 4 people for the Fox Garden and 2 people for the Yuccas Garden

- Possible rental periods for workers: from March 20 to December 31 outside school holidays.

- Security deposit: 800 €

​
