The Cosy gîte "jardin Yuccas" is an  accommodation in Clos-sur-Loir-Cottage which can be suitable for 2 or 3 people. It has benefited from an official classification *** by the French Ministry of Tourism.

Located on the first floor of a 19th century house whose ground floor is unoccupied, the accommodation with an area of ​​40 square meters is completely independent and has an ornamental garden shared with that of the owner.

The Yuccas garden gîte has exterior access which is separate from that of the owner, via the village street.

The entrance to the accommodation is via an external staircase located in the garden.

He understands:

- a living room / small lounge with sofa convertible into a single bed,

- A kitchen-dining room

- A bedroom with two single beds convertible into a King Size bed.

- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- A relaxation area with deckchairs and barbecue is dedicated exclusively to the Cozy cottage.

- Shared rooms located on the ground floor of the gîte: laundry, fire room with traditional regional fireplace to liven up autumn and winter evenings, Finnish sauna with shower room, additional storage rooms for bulky travelers' accessories (strollers, bicycles, equipment fishing or hunting).
